Mini pizza

Mini Pizza – This recipe or should say its just an idea of  making small pizzas, This was in my drafts for more than a year so I thought to post it now .

It was made by my daughter Urvashi

This is a great party idea , it’s too delicious…

I am sure kids and elders too fall for this cute and colorful pizza.

The toppings can be modified according to your kids liking.

Urvashi just added which she had in hand .

Ingredients

Maida – 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour – 1/4 cup
Instant yeast – 1/2 Tsp
Luke Warm Water – 1/4 cup approx
Sugar – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Olive oil – 1 Tbsp

Toppings

Pizza Sauce – 1/4 cup
Vegetables – 1/2 cup cut lengthwise Urvashi used baby corn, onion and capsicum
Cheese – grated
Chili flakes  – as needed
Oregano – as needed

Pepper powder- as needed optional

Procedure

In a mixing bowl add water, oil, salt and yeast.

Whisk it well.

Take both the flours , add both the flours to the oil mixture.

Knead it to a soft pliable dough.

Let it rest for an hour or until its almost doubled.

Kneed again the dough to remove air bubbles,

Then roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Prick holes with a fork to avoid puffing.

Cut with a lid into small circles and arrange it in the baking tray with aluminium foil.

Bake for few minutes.

Let it be cool down

First add pizza sauce, then arrange the vegetables – Baby corn, Capsicum, Tomato and Onion.

Finally add grated cheese and bake at 180 deg C for 20mins or until the sides start to turn golden.

Or arrange it on pan, first grease the pan with some butter then arrange mini pizzas on it. Cover with lid, and cook until cheese melts.

Serve hot….
