Bread pakoda is a famous Street Food
Today, I prepared this yummy bread pakoda with cheese filling inside the bread.
you don’t need much time to prepare this yummy snack.
You can prepare just in 15 minutes so enjoy this pakoda with a hot cup of tea.
Cooking Time 10-15 Minutes
Bread slices 8
grated 1 cup
onions with greens finely chopped
flour (besan) 1 1/2 cups
powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander pudina chutney
Oil for deep frying
Grate the cheese and Place
in a bowl.
Chop the spring onion greens and add. Chop the spring bulb and add along with green chillies.
Mix and set aside.
gram flour in a bowl.
Add salt, baking powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and enough water.
Whisk to make a smooth batter
Spread cheese mixture on slices
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
Also heat a non stick grill pan.
the triangles in the gram flour batter and slide into the oil and deep fry till golden and crisp.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
