Rice                                                  1 cup
Urad dal                                          1/4 cup
Moong dal                                      1/4 cup
Oil                                                     For greasing
Onion                                              2
Green chilies                                3-4
Salt                                                  To taste
Cheese                                            50 gms approx.
Baking powder                             1 Tsp
Clean, wash and soak rice, urad dal and moong dal seperately for 3-4 hours. Drain and blend seperately rice and dal, add water as per need while grinding.83b6db2a-d51a-4dbd-a854-4cb41d1727fd

Mix rice and dal together in a large bowl, cover and keep aside for fermentation 6-7 hours. Before making the appe add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander,
