CHICKEN         1/2 kg
Onions               2
Green chilli       1
Salt                     As per taste
Bay leaves         2
Garlic                 10 cloves
Ginger                1 1/2 inches
Turmeric            1 Tb spoon
Coriander           1/2 bowl
Oil                        4 Tb spoon
Make paste of Ginger, Garlic and Chilli,  Keep aside .

Heat oil in cooker. Add Bay leaves. Then add Grounded paste. Stir it for a minute.

Add  chopped Onion.


When it translucent add washed CHICKEN pieces.

Stir it up to CHICKEN pieces changes its colors.

Add Turmeric and Salt.


Mix it well.


Then add chopped coriander


Add 1 liter of water.


Mix it well.

Cover the cooker.

Make 1 whistle on medium flame.

After whistle switched of the flame.

Let the cooker cool down itself.

Open the lid,  check out the consistency.


Serve hot with Soup stick with butter and white rice.


It looks so yummy itself,  there’s no needs to garnish.

But if u wants then add some grated cheese .


Or just a TSpoon of butter and enjoy it.
